Flexible, Transparent Billing
Cloud School operates on a term‑based billing model, with annual fees divided across the school year.
A £500 deposit (applied to the first term’s fees) is required to secure your child’s place.
Deposit Fees and Refunds
Cloud School welcomes learners aged 9 to 15 into a safe, structured, and supportive online learning environment. Our admissions process is simple for families and focused on placing each child in the right course for their academic and personal needs.
To secure a place once your child is accepted, a £500 deposit is required within 30 days. This deposit is deducted from the first term’s tuition fee, making it an upfront part of your initial payment. Full term fees must then be paid at least 2 weeks before the start of each term.
Cloud School operates on an assumed continuation basis, meaning your child will remain enrolled for each term unless you notify us in writing. If you choose not to continue into the next term, please email admissions@cloudschool.world.

Our Future Growth: Expanding Into the Final Years of Schooling
At Cloud School, we are committed to building a strong, future‑focused learning community. As we continue to grow, we are preparing to expand our offering to include the final two years of schooling. This next phase will introduce the internationally recognised International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) and the Career‑related Programme (IB CP).
These programmes are known worldwide for their academic rigour, focus on critical thinking, global perspective, and personal development. Once we have established a strong foundation across our existing year groups, Cloud School will open applications for these advanced programmes—providing students with a clear pathway from early upper school all the way through to pre‑university qualifications.
Our goal is to offer students not only an exceptional online learning experience today, but also a seamless progression into internationally respected qualifications that prepare them for university, careers, and global citizenship.
