Students and staff are encouraged to take initiative through personal interest projects that reflect their passions, strengths, and questions about the world. By developing awarenes sof local and global issues, learners are supported to turn ideas into action, building confidence, responsibility, and a sense of purpose as active contributors to their communities and beyond.
